Brad Craig of the Roanoke office and Cody McElroy of the Kingsport office have completed the Registered Gas Distribution Professional program and are now certified in Gas Distribution Operations and Gas Distribution Engineering by the Gas Technology Institute.
Since its inception in 1996, the Gas Technology Institute’s Registered Gas Distribution Professional program has awarded certificates to hundreds of energy professionals. RGDP comprises a challenging series of courses that provide a thorough grounding in the theory and practice of gas distribution engineering, operations, and auxiliary systems.
This certification will allow Brad and Cody to provide design engineering and consulting services to the natural gas industry and utility providers. With a wealth of experience in water and wastewater utility design and construction administration, they will now be able to include natural gas pipeline design and relocation services to their battery of utility services.
