Provide plans, specification, and estimate (PS&E) for a computerized closed loop signal system in Brevard, North Carolina.  System included 20 signalized intersections and approximately 5 miles of fiber-optic communications cable (ITS) interconnecting the signals into the system, metal poles with mast arms, and 2070L controllers in Type 170 cabinets.
