Mattern & Craig provided engineering services for safety improvements at five crossings of the Tweetsie Trail (a multi-use path) at the City’s streets.  Services provided included survey and design.  Project funded by TDOT Multimodal Grant (state and local funds) and was a TDOT Locally Management project.
