Mattern & Craig provided survey and design for the geometric improvements and traffic signal replacement at the intersection of SR 34 and SR 354. Project included 0.6 miles of roadway improvements including the addition of turn lanes, concrete islands, curb and gutter, retaining walls, replacement of the traffic signal, roadway signs, extension of a box culvert and hydraulic analysis of a tributary to Little Limestone Creek, and preliminary investigations to replace two (2) existing bridges to an existing commercial development.  Project was managed by TDOT and funded with Federal HSIP funds.

Construction was completed in 2018 with a construction cost of $2.6 Million.
