Mattern & Craig assisted the City of Kingsport with a new traffic signal design at the intersection of Sullivan Street, Clay and Charlemont. This signal was recently installed by Stansell Electric and is scheduled to go into full operation in the coming days. This signal including the pedestrian signals and crosswalks will make for a safer intersection for motorists and pedestrians. We are proud to have been a part of this important project.
