RYAN KINCER NAMED PRINCIPAL

Ryan P. Kincer, PE, Principal

The Board of Directors of Mattern & Craig, Inc. would like to introduce Ryan P. Kincer, PE a new Principal at the firm.

Ryan currently serves as the Civil Division Head for Mattern & Craig. He is a registered Professional Engineer in VA and received his degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. His 16+ years of experience include an emphasis on site development and utilities, and his career in general civil design includes storm drainage, sanitary sewers, water distribution systems, streetscapes, site plans, earthwork, and project management.  Ryan works on projects in multiple locations from the firm’s Roanoke VA office.

Ryan is passionate about stormwater projects and community development. He plays an integral role in many of the firm’s GES contracts, including those with the Western VA Water Authority (WVWA) and the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).

In announcing this news, Mattern & Craig President Brad Craig made the following comments:

Ryan is also actively involved with the larger engineering community. He has been a member of the A.S.C.E. Roanoke Branch governing body for the last ten (10) years and wrote part of the organization’s Infrastructure Report Card. Ryan’s professionalism and work ethic have helped establish and support our Civil Division at Mattern & Craig, and his professionalism and work ethic continually serve our clients and greater communities.  In addition to his involvement with A.S.C.E., Ryan enjoys coaching youth sports and being involved with the Botetourt Recreational Club.
